Mary Parsons, the owner of The Little Sugar Shack Bakery of Peterborough has had a passion for baking most of her life. It is this passion and on the recommendation of family and friends that The Little Sugar Shack Bakery was created.

The Little Sugar Shack Bakery was established in 2020, in Peterborough, Ontario. The Peterborough bakery  provides mouth watering cheesecakes, cookies, pies, tarts and other home-made desserts to customers from local markets in Peterborough, Millbrook, in store and online.

All of our products including cheesecakes, pies, cookies, tarts and baked goods are always made with the freshest ingredients available. All items are baked in our health inspected commercial kitchen.
